How do I return an item or complete an exchange?

RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!

We are happy to accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUND/EXCHANGE
Email us at [email protected] or text us at 727-743-2405 to request an RMA#.
Please include your name, order# and which item(s) are being returned or exchanged.
We will issue you an RMA# within 24 hours.
Please write your RMA# on the outside of your return package so it is visible.
For proof of delivery, we recommend you mail your item(s) with a tracking number to verify your return package arrives at our facility.


REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, whether debit/credit or PayPal, etc.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refunds to become available in your account, depending on your banking establishment.

POSING TRUNKS/SWIMWEAR
If you need to exchange or return posing trunks for ANY reason, you MUST contact us for an RMA# via email at [email protected]
or text at 727-743-2405 and your return MUST be postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery.
NO credit will be issued if items show signs of wear washing or tanning products.


**We DO NOT accept returns for items that have been washed and/or show signs of wear.
