Shipping policy
Order Processing
At Camp Muscle Bodywear, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time may be shipped the following business day.
During holidays, sales, new product releases, or other high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping service, package weight, and order contents.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically includes a delivery guarantee. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Please make sure the email address provided with your order is accurate so you can receive order and tracking notifications.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Camp Muscle Bodywear is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using the shipping services displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship to eligible international destinations using the services available at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected carrier, and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country, unless those charges are specifically collected during checkout. These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping charges.
Camp Muscle Bodywear cannot control or predict customs delays or additional fees imposed by another country.
Delayed or Missing Packages
After a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking updates are managed by that carrier. If your tracking shows that the package is still in transit, please allow additional time and contact the carrier directly for the most detailed delivery information.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at campmuscle@aol.com with your name and order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and other secure areas.
• Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or front-desk personnel whether they accepted the package.
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at campmuscle@aol.com, and we will assist you with the next steps.
Returned or Refused Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to claim the shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges if the customer requests reshipment.
Original shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees may be nonrefundable, except when the return results from an error by Camp Muscle Bodywear.
Free Shipping on orders over $75
All domestic orders over $75 qualify for our Free Shipping Promotion. Camp Muscle reserves the right to choose the shipping method for any and all qualifying orders. If you need your order shipped via a specific carrier or service, then you will need to choose that shipping option at checkout as we cannot guarantee which shipping method will be used for this promotion.
