IFBB Bikini Pro Hope Castelli
www.posewithhope.com  I have been a Camp Muscle sponsored athlete since August 2021. I met Cindy and David at the Tampa Pro in 2021. I was in my ‘peak week’ at the time getting ready for my next IFBB Pro show. I could tell from the moment we met that they had a true passion for the bodybuilding industry and I instantly felt a deep connection with them both. Shortly thereafter, they asked me to check out their clothing line and the rest is history, as they say! Cindy and David have been such an amazing couple to work with. They have become like my second family and I have loved having the opportunity to work with them, doing numerous photoshoots and rocking their gym outfits! They are always asking for input from their athletes on fabrics, colors, styles, etc. I think it’s a very important factor when you have a sponsor who asks you for your input because you can tell they care about the products they make and want them to be something everyone can enjoy. I couldn’t have asked for more supportive sponsors to have in my corner as I strive for my Olympia dreams. I’m looking forward to my 2024 season and I’m so happy to have their continued support! About me... Before I found my passion in bodybuilding I was a Gymnast for 10 years. I struggled with Anorexia Nervosa throughout my early teenage years but recovered with the help of my family. My love for fitness helped me deal with a lot of emotional turmoil that came with recovering from this Eating Disorder, it brought me to the light where I am at my happiest now. Fitness taught me a lot of respect and self-love and will be part of my life forever.

I coached Gymnastics for a year before I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the age of 18 in 2015, and followed my calling in the Health and Fitness Industry. I knew I needed to help people and loved it. I trained clients ranging from ages 7 to 82 years old. I have been Personal Training for 7 years to date in person as well as online. And have been Competing in Bodybuilding for 3.5 years.

I had always desired to compete in a Bikini competition but never thought I quite “made the cut” or would I even have the look they wanted? But I trained hard for it since I was 15 because I knew one day it was going to pay off. Fast forward I finally decided in 2019 after missing Qualifying Nationally in Powerlifting; that it was time to not let my self-doubt get the better of me anymore and began prepping for my first Bikini Competition and later earned my IFBB Pro Card in 2020 and NPC Nationals. Bodybuilding has taught me a lot of self-respect and built my confidence in a way I never thought possible.
